We are seeking the following:
Candidates must have a four-year degree in a relevant field of study. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising subcontractors and staff; estimating, managing budgets, and developing schedules.
Applicants must have exceptional finish carpentry skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-disciplined, reliable and punctual. Able to coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Ensures safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Our experienced team of craftsmen will provide excellent hands-on training and many opportunities for advancement.
All applicants must have an eye for quality, the ability to communicate well, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong organization skills are required. A collaborative attitude, sense of humor, and the ability to adapt to ever-evolving project scope are preferred.
These are full-time, year-round positions and the ideal candidates will want to grow with the company. Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and disability insurance, SIMPLE IRA, paid holidays and vacation time. Cormack has strict COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
